01 The room

A conference room, with daylight and a view of the garden.

The conference room at Vitina House serves seminars, training programmes, business meetings and presentations. It is equipped with a ceiling projector and screen, a speaker’s lectern, and tall windows overlooking the garden.

As the room is located within the hotel, your group can work, dine and stay in one place, in the mountain setting of Vitina, away from the city.

02 Layouts

Two room layouts.

For workshops and training days, the room is arranged in a classroom layout: long tables in rows, with a notepad at each place and seating facing the screen. A speakers’ table with microphones stands at the front.

For talks and presentations, the room is arranged in a theatre layout, with chairs fitted with folding writing tablets set out in rows. The carpeted floor and timber-panelled walls give the room a quiet character.

Let us know the layout you need and the number of participants, and we will prepare the room accordingly.

03 Equipment

Room equipment.

The projector is ceiling-mounted and the screen drops down in front of the wall. The lectern stands to one side, and the speakers’ table is fitted with microphones on stands.

04 Staying on

Work and stay in one place.

The room is located within the hotel, so your group can stay on the same premises. There are five kinds of room, from Standard to the suites, with fireplaces in most of them.

Between sessions there are the lounge with its fireplaces, the garden and the pool. For those extending their stay, the forest and the villages of Menalo are close by.
